Before
founding the Firm, Mr. Rothman spent several years as
an attorney at a large law firm in Washington, DC, litigating
cases in state and federal court.
Prior to his work at the law firm, Mr. Rothman served
as a law clerk for the United States Attorney's Office
for the District of Maryland and for the Department
of Justice's Office of Consumer Litigation.
Prior to law school at the University of Maryland School
of Law, Mr. Rothman received his Master's Degree from
The George Washington University's School of Business
and Public Management in Washington, DC and his undergraduate
degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Mr. Rothman is the author of It's a Small World After
All: Personal Jurisdiction, the Internet and the Global
Marketplace, published in the Maryland Journal of International
Law and Trade, Volume 23, Number 1, Spring/Summer 1999.
He is licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District
of Columbia.
